Fun activities to do on Christmas

Whether it’s the joy of writing a letter to Santa, marveling at Christmas light displays, or spending extra quality time with family; There’s no doubt that all the parties, church plays, and shopping for fun gifts will quickly fill up your December calendar, but don’t forget to make time for making memories with your family and friends through fun Christmas activities, the holiday season can bring a lot of fun at little or no cost.

1. Watch movies: It’s a must to spend an afternoon or evening watching Christmas movies! (You could also spread your movie marathon out over a week.) Allow each family member to select a favorite holiday film to watch as a family. To make it extra special, snuggle up under blankets with a warm cup of cocoa and some popcorn.

2. Consider a non-tree tree: a Cardboard Christmas tree, If you are not a fan of a fresh Fraser fir or a pre-lit flocked beauty? Not to worry. Create a tree shape out of items you already have, or arrange holiday photos and cards in a tree shape on a blank wall.

3. Donate a toy to a toy drive in your area: Toy drive on the Christmas bucket list. Donate something—whether it’s money to a favorite charity or toys, coats, and food to a local drive—this is what the holiday season is all about.
