Sunday Gist: Do not share these things with your partner

You might think it limits your spontaneity, but there are some things you should keep to yourself. Even though they are true, some thoughts should be kept to yourself.

Sharing is not always caring to be honest.

1. Flaws

It’s natural to be bothered by your partner’s minor annoyances and flaws while you’re still with him. However, if your relationship is strong and healthy, it is unnecessary to invest energy because sharing those things with your partner may make them feel insecure. So, remember that no one is perfect, and we all have flaws.

2. Your uncertainty

You’re not certain about your relationship.

It’s natural to have second thoughts about your relationship, especially if you’ve been together for a while. Sharing your insecurities with your partner, on the other hand, can be risky business.

3. Your passwords

Your partner wants to use your laptop, but you’ve password-protected it. You want to be easygoing because you want him to think you trust him and have nothing to hide. What if you shouldn’t trust him in the first place, and what if you have something embarrassing on it?
