Some weird phrases used by Nigerian mothers

Nigerian mothers are just the greatest and I think we all agree but sometimes, they just get a little too much. Here are some things they say/do that are just a lot.

1. Put it on my head: Ma, I just want to know where to keep your plate of food, your leg is on the only available stool naw

2. I did not kill my mother you cannot kill me: We have no proof of this so please ma, some the lies.

3. We kuku trained you: People will not know they trained you, it’s you that refused to receive training. After they have caught you doing something disgraceful like pressing phone, they declare the absence of home training.

4. All this thing you are doing I did when I was growing up: Now imagine your mother wearing ashewo clothes or smoking and sneaking out, dfkm abeg.
