ASUU said UNO reverse.

This is a plea to Nigerian students to get a life outside of school if they do not have one already.

As of Monday 14th of March, the academic staff union of universities decided to add eight more weeks to their already ongoing strike. It’s evident every day how seriously the federal government takes its student’s education.

How can they, as Nigerians, I believe we have come to terms with the fact that we have selfish leaders, and as long as the shoe is not pinching them, they are not bothered.

I hope that Nigerian students will see this bottom barrel treatment as a wake-up call to get their PVC. Next year is another time to decide who will dictate when you finish your academic session.

Choose rightly!

In Abuja last night at the union’s national executive council, ASUU extended its warning strike till the 14th of May, halting the lives of thousands of students and intending students all over the world.

By that same day, private school students who already had the edge over the federal school students due to the last strike and pandemic will be rounding up their session and starting a new one, progressing to a new year. On the other hand, students of federal schools are barely done with the first semester.

Like I said earlier, this is a subtle reminder to do something with yourself outside of school because these people don’t care for your education.
