Manchester United Sacks Manager Erik ten Hag

Manchester United have decided to part ways with their manager, Erik ten Hag, after a disappointing start to the season.

The club currently sits in 14th place in the Premier League, having lost four out of their nine league matches so far. On Sunday, United suffered another defeat against West Ham, adding to their struggles.

In an official statement, the club confirmed, “Erik ten Hag has left his role as Manchester United men’s first-team manager.” Ten Hag took charge of United in April 2022 and led the team to two major trophies: the Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.

Despite his achievements last season, the team’s recent form, with only one win in their last eight matches across all competitions, has been a cause for concern, ultimately leading to this decision.
