Today, on health corner we’ll talk about Belly fat!
Belly fat, also known as Abdominal obesity is a situation whereby a person experiences too much of fat in their body, either due to feeding too much accompanied with little or no exercise at all or mostly due to a disorder involving excessive fat that could subsequently lead to various health problems.
Just so you know, there are two types of body fats namely; Visceral and subcutaneous fat, and while the former is that kind of fat that accumulates in the abdomen in spaces between the organ, the latter is the belly fat that can be felt when you pinch excessive skin and tissue around your middle.
Well, leave out the English and registers for now, and simply concentrate on the fact that either ways, it doesn’t bode well for anyone. It will only leave unhealthy and increase your chances of battling stubborn healthy issues.
How can belly fats be reduced (Visceral and subcutaneous)
1. Ensure you’re always ingesting healthy diet regularly
2. Reduce the intake of fatty foods like cheese, pork, Nuts, Dark Chocolates, Fatty fish etc.
3. Make constant exercise a part of your daily routine.
4. Take in more water everyday.
