North Korea Sends Soldiers to Help Russia in Ukraine, Says South Korean Spy Agency

South Korea’s spy agency has revealed that North Korea is sending troops to help Russia in its war against Ukraine. The agency said that 1,500 North Korean soldiers have already arrived in Russia, and some reports also says that the number might increase to as many as 12,000.

In response to this news, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol called for an urgent security meeting on Friday. He warned that this situation is a serious threat to security and urged the international community to take action using “all available means.”

There is also growing evidence that North Korea is supplying ammunition to Russia. Recently, a missile from North Korea was found in the Poltava region of Ukraine.

Relations between North Korea and Russia have been getting closer. Last week, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called Russian President Vladimir Putin his “closest comrade” while wishing him a happy birthday.
