Wizkid Takes Aim at Davido and His Uncle in Latest Social Media Feud

Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun, has reignited his rivalry with fellow artist Davido, making headlines with a series of pointed remarks. The spat escalated when Wizkid, in a tweet, seemingly referenced Davido’s uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, known as the “Dancing Governor” for his viral dance videos. Wizkid remarked, “When you see people wey dem papa and family train, u go know! U don’t see my uncle dancing online!” This jab followed his previous criticisms of Davido, calling him “wack” and “talentless.”

The feud intensified after Davido teased a snippet of his upcoming single, coinciding with Wizkid’s own album release. In response to comments from Davido’s associates, Wizkid continued to throw shade, asserting, “P***y boys dropping mid again,” and dismissing Davido’s music as “trash.”

Despite the harsh exchanges, Davido has opted to remain silent, avoiding public engagement in the ongoing drama. The rivalry between these two prominent figures in the Afrobeats scene continues to capture public attention, reflecting the competitive nature of the industry.
