Kano State Hisbah Board’s Facebook Page Hacked, Inappropriate Content Posted

Hackers have taken control of the Kano State Hisbah Board’s official Facebook page and shared inappropriate and explicit content.

This happened on Wednesday, and many people have criticized the incident.

The Commander General of the Hisbah Board, Sheikh Aminu Daurawa, confirmed the hack on Friday and said the board is working on fixing the problem. He asked the public for help and assured that the board’s ICT team is working with Meta to restore the page and stop the inappropriate posts.
