A 94-year-old man, Adedapo Idowu, has taken a bold step toward achieving his lifelong dream of going to a university. He recently registered for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), showing that age is not a barrier to learning.
Idowu’s inspiring story was shared in the latest bulletin of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). He showed great joy in finally overcoming his fears and taking this important step toward higher education.
He completed his registration at the JAMB Professional Test Center in Ibadan, Oyo State. According to him, the process was smooth and easy. He also said he is very excited about this new journey in his life.
